This Privacy Notice explains how Angad Software (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit
angadsoftware.com, contact us, or send us an enquiry. We prepared it with reference to India’s
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the rules made under it, some of which come into force in phases.
Your choices at a glance: optional analytics and embedded Google Maps are off until you allow them.
You can change or withdraw that choice at any time using

1. Who we are and how to contact us
Angad Software is a software and web development business. For any privacy question or request, contact us at:
2. Personal data we collect
a) When you send an enquiry or request a quote
Through the enquiry, quote and contact forms we collect your name, email address and mobile number, your message,
and, if you choose to provide them on the full enquiry form, your company name, city/state, project type, category/industry,
platform, project stage, budget, timeline, reference website/app link and preferred contact mode.
Please do not include sensitive information (such as financial account details or health information) in your message.
b) When you browse the website
- Always: like any website, our hosting server receives technical data needed to deliver pages to you, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested.
- Only if you allow Analytics: our own visitor statistics record the pages you view, time on page, scroll depth, referring page, browser and device type, IP address and approximate location (city, region, country), linked by a random visitor ID cookie.
c) When you use the chat assistant
The “Angad Assistant” answers questions from a list of FAQs. The questions you type are sent to our server only to find a matching answer; they are not saved to our database.
d) When you email or call us
We receive the information you choose to share, such as your email address, phone number and the content of your communication.

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, tracking pixels or ad networks. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address
to deliver the font files; Google states that it does not set cookies for this service.
5. Who receives your data
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you:
- Website and database hosting (site4now.net hosting service): stores the website, enquiry records and visitor statistics.
- Email: when you submit an enquiry, an email containing your enquiry details is sent through our mail server (mail.angadsoftware.com) to the email address you provide, with a copy to our Google Gmail mailbox.
- Google LLC: reCAPTCHA on forms, Google Maps (only if you allow or load it) and Google Fonts.
- ip-api.com / ipapi.co: receive your IP address to estimate approximate location, only if you allow Analytics.
Some of these providers may process data outside India. We may also disclose information where required by law or by a lawful request from a government authority.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: stored in our database and mailbox so that we can respond and keep a record of our discussions with you. We do not yet apply a fixed automatic deletion period; you can ask us to erase your enquiry at any time, unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation.
- Visitor statistics: records that never show genuine human activity are deleted automatically after 2 days. Other statistics are kept for website reporting; you can ask us to erase them.
- Cookies: as listed in section 4.
7. Your rights
Subject to the DPDP Act and its rules, you can ask us to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it, and the other parties we have shared it with;
- Correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Erase your personal data, unless we must keep it to comply with law;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (section 8);
- Raise a grievance with us (section 9); and
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
To make a request, email contact@angadsoftware.com with the subject
“Privacy request”, the email address or mobile number you used with us, and what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm your identity
before acting on the request.
8. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw website consent as easily as you gave it: open
, switch a category off and save, or choose “Reject Optional”.
From that point we stop the related collection: analytics stops recording, the as_visitor cookie is removed, and embedded maps are unloaded.
Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place, and it does not automatically delete data already collected or cookies already set by Google
(you can clear those in your browser settings). To have data already collected erased, send us a request as described in section 7.
9. Questions and grievances
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact us using the details in section 1. We will acknowledge your grievance and respond within the
period required under the DPDP rules. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once its grievance
process is available to you.
10. Security
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections to this website and password-protected access to our admin system.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires it.
11. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or lawful guardian to contact us on your behalf.
If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change. If we add new optional purposes or third parties, we will ask for your choice again before applying them.
